Due to the nature of our products, Skindrops products, including all serums, liquids, oils, and any consumable skincare items, are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This is for safety and hygiene reasons, as our products come into direct contact with the skin.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by offering an exchange for the same product or providing an appropriate solution.

Order Cancellations:
